“The "Deer" suite was a great option for a couple. We stayed for two nights and totally enjoyed the property as an affordable option near town with a very nice view. The property manager was very welcoming, and he does a great job keeping the units, which are older, in good repair. The queen bed was quite comfortable; the love seat was fine; the kitchen appliances worked well, and the kitchen was equipped with more than enough cookware and dinnerware for two. “My husband and I truly enjoyed our weekend getaway—it’s such a beautiful spot, and we had the entire place to ourselves! One of the highlights was relaxing in the hot tub under the night sky.(and the homemade cinnamon that we requested!) There was still quite a bit of snow, so we stuck to walking along the roads instead of hiking the trails. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.”

We did take a trip to gamble in Blackhawk. It’s was a beautiful scenic drive. The home was nice and clean. Easy to find. Eldora ski area was only 30 minutes away. Had a great day of skiing.
