“We loved staying at this charming restored 1800s home. It had old world charm and and plenty of comfort and character! The house felt clean and fresh; the neighbohood was quiet and convenient and Jill was great and responsive. We would definately stay again if we are in the area.”

“Jill was wonderful to work with. Somehow VRBO created my reservation for 2026 instead of 2025. I never noticed until the night before we were to check in.I messaged Jill right away and she figured it all out for us. The apartment is in the perfect location to get downtown. It's easy walking or driving. Magnolia had everything we could want inside. We've got family in town so we will be back again. ”

“We were in Florida to attend our daughter's graduation from UF and found this affordable little gem just 30 minutes from from the craziness that is Gainesville during graduation week. This is a lovely little studio located within walking distance of cute shops and good food. The property is spotless and the host couldn't be more accommodating. We especially enjoyed the outdoor living space. Highly recommended. ”
