“ The location is beautiful. The house really lets many people enjoy themselves at the same time. The availability of kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, tubes, and a rope swing were fantastic and really let us enjoy the water. Also, the way the island gave a beautiful view and some privacy from the river were peaceful and enjoyable! The large round table easily sat 10 people and we even squeezed 16 in for one meal. The lazy Susan was a fan favorite! We loved, loved, loved our stay……

“We had family ages 5 to 75 on this trip and we all had equal time fun and relaxation. Bird watching, fishing, swimming, and tubing… we did it all. Location is remote and quiet- exactly what we needed. It was also amazing to bring our dogs and see them having fun on vacation too. Some minor issues occurred while there, and the owners responded very quickly with care and action. Would recommend and return. ”

“Over all very nice. I wouldn't hesitate staying again.Access to water was different than we expected from description but we made it work. We went and got new pot and pan and some utensils. Everything else was great, clean and comfortable.Rio Vista Park was quite essential to the stay but I'd advise extreme caution at boat ramp. It was dangerously slippery and needs to be addressed by association.”

“Had a wonderful stay at this house for a gymnastics state meet in Gainesville. Price was great, house was spotless and had everything we needed. Loved that pets are allowed even though some of our party couldn't come and the dog stayed home with them, we loved having the option initially. Communication was easy and immediate. I grew up on those waters and enjoyed spending my holiday there. The house gave us plenty of room to be together but also have our space.
