After we left, we received a call from Shawna, the Manager. She let us know that housekeeping found my husband's medications and his heart monitor device was left in the room. Shawna packed these items and shipped them to us through FedEx. Thanks so much Shawna, you went above and beyond. We appreciate it very much!”
