“The customer service Jesse and Ryan's provided us was amazing. We got there a lot after 3:00 had 3 rooms booked one room wasn't ready but Jesse went ahead cleaned the room instead of waiting on the housekeeper who was doing the best she could. Gave us waters had free comfort and tea all day. Breakfast was good established the breakfast sandwiches. My only complaint was the indoor pool was freezing.”

“My stay was great! I was greeted as soon as the doors closed behind me. The staff were very welcoming & attentive. They offered to respond right away if a need arose….none did. The hotel is very nice, updated & surrounded by plenty of restaurants & shopping areas. This was my first time staying here & I was impressed. Will be using them in the future. My grandson swam & complained the water was cold after we had been advised it would be warm. That’s all I got🤗”

“The property was clean and quiet beds were mostly comfortable. The TV in the bedroom did not work and there was no carpet in the room. The lady at the front desk was very polite and professional and the saltwater pool was definitely a plus I would stay here again.”

“The room was clean , well stocked with towels bath soap shampoo and conditioner lotion . Complimentary breakfast was nice . However the market prices were outrageous, two mini bags of chips and a soda for $14 is crazy. They only have one washer and dryer for a huge hotel. Thought that was weird. I did not appreciate that there were 7 small kids in the hot tub at night and the morning so I didn’t get to enjoy that amenity and I was really looking forward to it . ”

“The facility was clean & roomy & everything needed was provided. There was parking very close to the building in a well-lit parking lot. My husband took advantage of the fitness room. We did not get back to our room each night until 10:30 so the fact that it was available 24 hours was a big plus! The complimentary breakfast was good & offered lots of options. The only thing I didn’t care for was the pocket door in the bathroom but that was a minor inconvenience.”
