“It’s name says it all. A perfectly sized, literal “bed room” in the middle of the woods. The fire pit had wood all ready for me to use. If you were to come in the winter, the tiny home has a wood stove to use as well.”

“Great rustic lodging. Helpful and friendly host. Beautiful area and close to many hiking trails in parks and preserves. “My wife and I felt very lucky to have found The Miners Den which is a very new creation of a great proprietor who really cares about your experience.The hand built cabin is gently fitted to the landscape of balsam firs and hardwoods with a light touch.It reminded me of the few small cabins in the White Mountains you find along the trails.Everything you need less food is provided.For a couple in their sixties with a friendly dog we will be excited to get back there and see what’s happening.Oh……

“We really enjoyed our 4-night stay at Loon Song Cottage. The cottage has a screened front porch, which you don't see often in vacation rentals. (So many times I have wished that we could keep the front door open, but can't without a screen.) The cottage is nice and new, and very clean. The bedrooms were cozy, the beds were comfortable, the decor was nice. Sara gave us tips on places to eat and visit, which were helpful. “My family of 8 & 3 dogs loved this cabin! It's clean & well stocked & just as described. The teenagers enjoyed sleeping together in the loft area. The proximity to Bar Harbor & Acadia was perfect. We could go out & explore the area & head back to the cabin for lunch before heading out again. When we weren't out exploring we loved the large porch & fire pit. Host was great to work with.
