“We came to New York for very sad circumstances. To bury a loved one. We left New York one of the best experiences as a family having the space and the comfort and the luxury that we deserved in such time. It was a wonderful day. It is nestled in the heart of the city close to the park close to all shopping close to food. It’s one of the most stress-free experiences I’ve ever had at any hospitality home/hotel. I’m grateful and I will stay again.”

“I was staying at this property for a business trip. The location was nice and quiet. I did have some trouble finding which property it was on the street as there was no visible house number. I wasn’t sure if I could park in the driveway as it would block the garage. I was given permission, but there is also parking on the street. “A beautiful property plan on staying several days and spend some time in the kitchen cause it's a chefs or any cooks place to cook in. 3 big bedrooms and plenty of towels to use unlike some places ive stayed in the past. ”

“Pros - Great communication, central location in Madison. Cons - The house is run down, wasn't clean. Kitchen cupboards were literally dirty. Kitchen is very poorly stocked, not even paper towels. The House itself is old, unmaintained, and poorly decorated, lacking furniture and an inviting feeling. Lastly, if you are a light sleeper, you can hear the road and the shades in bedroom windows don't block light from coming in. ”

“Our room size was perfect, for my hubby and I, for two nights. I did go for the room that actually had a bathroom included rather than a communal washroom. The restroom was built into the closet but was totally functional with a toilet and shower. There was also no TV. It was less than 20 to Uber around rather than worry about trains. Oh and we had a rental so we arranged parking in advance! If you’ve never been to a major city, the parking is tricky. You can only park for 2 hours between……

“What we loved the most was the location - its proximity to India Square was something we were thrilled about. Additionally, the hosts were very cordial and accommodating to all our requests, including the request to park a rental vehicle in the garage throughout the duration of the stay. “We stayed about a week and the location could not be beat. It is only about two blocks from the Red line, shops and lots of restaurants, too. The kitchen had just just enough for us to prepare a few simple meals ourselves then hang out on the big comfy couch. We did bring some of our own blankets and pillows--there were no extras. Nothing fancy, but overall nice and relaxing.”

“I believe it's the furnished basement of the house with its own entrance. There's a bedroom, sitting area, bathroom/shower, A/C, microwave, mini fridge, iron, TVs. It's nothing fancy but was suitable for my needs (a decent place to sleep and shower). It's in walking distance of several stops along the North-Metro railroad, Target, the shopping mall, and Sarah Lawrence College. Convenient location to everything I needed since I didn't have a car. The price was reasonable. I will likely stay……

“The house exceeded our expectations! The host was great, huge backyard, very comfortable and lots of extra amenities. Free street parking and we had no issues finding a spot. We parked our car and took a bus into the NYC. The host even left snacks for us, which was a nice touch. Highly recommend, would definitely stay here again!”

“Everyone loved our stay. The hot tub was even better than expected with the unexpected freezing temp and snow in April. House was clean and lake views were awesome. Plenty of space for families to spread out. We really enjoyed coming back to the warm and inviting space after our time at Legoland.”

“I have brought my 1.5 year old baby girl to stay in Chambers. The heater was out while the outside temperature was below zero. Clark's feedback was cold as well, he told us to turn off air condition to gether warm air instead of changing room. Not to mention the actual room did meet the picture shown here (room looked old and bed is smaller than expected). We check out the very next day instead of three days that originally planned, and did paid the first night. Overall bad experience!!!”

"Good location with several metro entries and a CVS and many restaurants nearby; clean but not crowded pedestrian walk in front of the hotel gate to easily get on and off the car with luggages. Room size is okay while still bit compact to unload the big suitcase with other small ones. Amenities are okay/basic generally within our expectations. Room is quiet for us thus we had good sleep/rest. Like the breakfast offered from the destination fee, although not too many choices but basically sufficient to me with good services. staff and cleaning ladies are good. Free to depose luggages of course tips are what it takes. I wrote to prefer a high-floor room but ended getting a low one and the staff told me he could not change what’s in the system. Don’t quite understand…well that’s what it was. "
