“Loved staying here. If you need a place to simply sleep in a comfy bed & get ready to go out for the day, this place is for you. The apartment is exactly how the pictures look. Big parking lot behind the house. The location was a quick drive to the towns we wanted to go visit. Host was super nice and communicative. Overall, we are soooo satisfied! However, we are super laid back, so what may have satisfied us may not satisfy everybody else. I’m going to list some things below that were not……

“Everyone loved our stay. The hot tub was even better than expected with the unexpected freezing temp and snow in April. House was clean and lake views were awesome. Plenty of space for families to spread out. We really enjoyed coming back to the warm and inviting space after our time at Legoland.”

“I loved every min of this stay. Easy to check in, parking available, very clean, spacious, comfortable, and amazing location. I would love to book with this host again. Communication with the host was great. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed in a timely manner. The beds were soft and comfortable with plenty of room in each bed. “Had an amazing 30th anniversary stay at this stunning 2 Bedroom/ 2 Bath 51st floor apartment. Although the unit has all the amenities you’d expect, what really stands out is the extraordinary 270 degree views from the Hudson to the entire city…do yourself a favor and keep the lights off at night and just take in the perfect panorama…the Empire State Building is just outside your window as well as MSG & so much more!!!The host of this property is also top notch & communicated well via text……

“This property felt like it had the bare minimum. good for storage luggage but that’s about it had zero communication with a property manager online had to get let in by other tenants won’t not recommend ”

“Very clean, comfortable, and quiet property. Although advertised one car parking, actually can park 2, which is good since limited street parking in a crowded neighborhood. Highly recommended if you're staying in the NYC area.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We did have a few hiccups but these were resolved by the property manager. We had a nice time in NYC while there for our daughter's graduation. We love the neighborhood, restaurants, pubs, grocery stores were super easy to walk to along with close proximity to transit. The house was super roomy and allowed everyone to have their own space. I would definitely book this place again!”

“I arrived in New York on 6-22-25 I requested the check in information in which the host refused to give. She stated the cleaner hadn't showed up to clean the property so she gave me another address. Well this place had multiple stairs and was located on the 2nd floor which couldn't accommodate the group I was with. When I informed the host she gave me another address which was smaller with one bathroom. Smaller than the original one booked. After explaining that this wouldn't work the host……

Generally good

"Good location with several metro entries and a CVS and many restaurants nearby; clean but not crowded pedestrian walk in front of the hotel gate to easily get on and off the car with luggages. Room size is okay while still bit compact to unload the big suitcase with other small ones. Amenities are okay/basic generally within our expectations. Room is quiet for us thus we had good sleep/rest. Like the breakfast offered from the destination fee, although not too many choices but basically sufficient to me with good services. staff and cleaning ladies are good. Free to depose luggages of course tips are what it takes. I wrote to prefer a high-floor room but ended getting a low one and the staff told me he could not change what’s in the system. Don’t quite understand…well that’s what it was. "
