“Been going there for many years.Debbie and all the staff are so nice and helpful. The area is in a wonderful location. The motel rooms need a little TLC but they are working on that already. Rooms were clean and bedding was clean. AC worked well. No complaints. If you are looking for a luxuary place , this is not it. For us it is just right for a quick getaway to the beach and the office has complimentary coffee which is very convenient in the mornings. ”

“Would stay there again. Enjoyed our stay. Could use some pot holders and standard size pillows.”

“Nothing like waking up and watching dolphins and pelicans outside on the balcony. Other than some issues with the wicker chairs on the balcony (a little weathered) everything was gorgeous. ”

“It was small, but for us it was perfect. Had everything we needed for a nice lil getaway. Clean, safe & beautiful Sunsets right off the balcony. Only 2 levels so easily accessible. I wish we would've had loungers & Umbrella Oceanside. Had alotfor our use, just not on the Sand, we purchased camping chairs at Walmart to carry Oceanside. I definitely would stay again!!”

“Five stars. Clean, great proximity to beach and restaurants, short drives to other beautiful locations like St Petersburg. Comfortable beds, large bathrooms, great dining and living spaces, wonderful small appliances in the kitchen and a great refrigerator and icemaker (crushed and cubed). The washer and dryer were a bonus. It was wonderful to relax on the deck to sip coffee in the morning and watch dolphins and pelicans frolic in the ocean. Definitely recommend this accommodation for future……

“Property was great. I loved the lamp in the living room. Condo has a great balcony. The only complaint I have is about the unfriendly lady working at the front desk for the condo building. I went down to see if there was a can opener we could borrow because the one in the condo wasn't working, and as soon as she found out the con”
