“We had a great stay as a family of four for a weekend for the Comic con convention in Liverpool. The hotel was lovely and the family sweet had separate sleeping are for parents. Rooms had everything we needed and were very confortable. Paul the host was very friendly and welcoming. Plenty of shops near by and within easy reach of bus and metro links to city centre. The building is beautiful and really worth a stay. The kids loved all of its quirky features. We had a great stay thank you.”

“Too much steps to the third floor esp with lots of baggages. However, the staff are very helpful to take for us. ”

“缺點：廁所的馬桶很骯髒，座廁板鬆脫！沒有風筒提供，向房東反映後對方不了了之沒有跟進。沒有牙膏、牙刷、拖鞋、洗頭水提供；臨退房前想寄存行李但拎不到服務人員。沒有電梯。 優點：房間面積大、5分鐘步行往利物浦晏菲路球場、有熱水煲提供、自行退房很自由很快速。 ”

“A modern hotel, in an excellent location for easy walking access to all areas of St Anne’s. Lytham itself is just a short drive down the coast. Staff were all very welcoming & friendly and although we were only there for a short time, rooms were cleaned each day. Reception area is not always manned but it is easy enough to use the bell to call a staff member. Breakfast is of Continental style, but there was more than enough, & everything was kept “topped up” which is not always the case in……

“This is by far the best stay we have ever had as a couple visiting the Lake District very frequently. The house is absolutely beautiful and the owners Susan and Glenn were the most wonderful hosts. The rooms are absolutely stunning and the quality of the breakfast is 5 star. ”
