“Andrew was an amazing host and his property in Filey is absolutely beautiful. We had a fantastic time celebrating my nephew's first birthday. “Clean, tidy and easy to get to things in Harrogate. Looking tired and in need of a room update though. Had a suite, so large bedroom, large sitting room and a very large bathroom. Though a bath and walk in shower would of been better than just a shower over the bath. Old building, which creaks, one ones fault other than buildings age, great location.”

“The house suited us perfectly: the location is close to the sea with lovely views; the standard of the rooms, facilities etc is outstanding; the host was very helpful. A particularly nice touch is that there was coffee, fruit, a bottle of wine, cakes and biscuits, which made us feel very welcome.We all had a wonderful time even though though the weather wasn't great for the last few days. We'd like to come again next year.”
