“The condo was spectacular. As soon as we arrived, we thought we just wanted to stay there and not go anyplace else. It was so warm and cozy. Every detail is done with finesse including artificial arrangements place perfectly around the apartment. Plenty of towels nice hot water for showers and even a washer and dryer if you choose to wash your clothes, I would say this condo is just perfect. Easy access to the plaza and all the wondrous decorations. ”

“Very disappointing experience. We had to check out early due to significant flooding in the kitchen. The unit had a strong mildew smell, and the baseboards were warped from previous water damage, indicating ongoing water issues. The pictures online did not match the actual condition. The bathroom ceiling was taped with duct tape. The host, Jonathan, was rude and unprofessional. ”

“Clean comfortable place with convenient parking. Easy walk to many great Westport Rd restaurants as well as the Plaza area. Had a great stay. * The toilet is very loose & needs some attention!”

“A must see Kansas Jayhawk themed flat located in the heart of shopping and restaurants in Downtown Lawrence. We were able to walk to campus within minutes.This property had everything needed for either a short weekend or a long stay. We will definitely be staying here in our future trips to Lawrence. “I had a very comfortable stay. The place is decorated nicely, the beds are comfortable, and it’s located in a great neighborhood but still quiet. (There is construction across the street but I couldn’t really hear it. It’s also far from the bedrooms so my sleep was not impacted at all.) Additional pluses: ample parking in back and blackout curtains. ”
