“This is our second time staying here - and we loved it just as much as we did a few years ago. There is plenty of space for our kids, ranging from 7-13, to have their space and do what they love most (fish and swim). We brought a row boat, floating toys, and a paddle board and enjoyed as much time as we could soak in on the water. We look forward to returning again in the future. ”

“Had a fantastic weekend here. We love Oscoda and this is a beautiful spot right on Lake Huron. The manager Chad was very helpful and a super nice guy. Keep in mind before booking this place doesn’t have certain amenities like towels, soap or shampoo and garbage bags. It does have appliances, silverware, dishware, and an outdoor grill. They’re in the process of updating it so right now so many things are pretty rough around the edges, especially the interior of the cabins. We wouldn’t hesitate to……

“This place was perfect for our week stay of fishing in Oscoda, MI. We were able to fit three full size truck and boats. ”

“We had an excellent trip. River was amazing and we especially liked reading the Legends of the Au Sable book that was left for guests. House had everything we needed including toiletries and extra blankets. Visiting the state park nearby was a highlight. Did not care for the camera in the backyard that I could hear every time I walked by while playing bocci ball. Recommend taking food with since there are only two bars and a dollar general in town. Emily was kind enough to drop off extra kayaks……

The host even left us a lovely little note and offering for our Anniversary as I had mentioned that being the purpose for our trip. Communication was excellent and we felt very welcomed.I know we will definitely stay again if we have the opportunity and will highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay while in Tawas.”

For people who drives EV, there’s a Meijer near by with super charging stations that was a big plus and actually must for us :)”
