“Rented the place in mid-oct for a second-marriage honeymoon. The place was easy to find and was set up perfectly for a two person cozy stay. House faces the sunset and has a deck and sitting porch. Brought my little boat and the boating access is across the street. We had zero issues. We would definitely come back!! Definitely worth it. 👌 ”

“Beautiful Property! Inside and out. Tapped maple trees all along the drive into the cabin. Beautiful huge fire pit on front lawn. Inside is spacious and stunning. Huge living room and kitchen with everything you could possibly need! Comfy towels for showering. Beautiful fireplace (gas) inside. Kept us cozy all weekend! The loft bedroom was perfect with warm lighting! We will def rent again! Burke mountain was 14 mins from Cabin. For skiing and snowboarding. Host was friendly and inviting. ”

“Had everything we needed, quiet and scenic spot to explore the lake, state park, fall color, and northern lights. The porch was a great spot to watch ducks and loons in the morning and sit in the sun. The cabin was well stocked (kitchen items, linens, firewood, games) and was a great spot for a lazy day too. Megan was very responsive. Thank you for a wonderful stay!”

“Loved it! The isolation is exactly what we needed. I enjoyed keeping the wood stove going and checking on the solar and generator personally. Would recommend to anyone to listen to John's directions exactly...dont trust your gps(although we found Google Maps and Waze to work perfect)..the cabin is on a dead end private road in the mountains...our friends found that apple maps sent them down a snow mobile trail, luckily a wrecker was able to get to them and tow them out. Endless trails and forest……
