“I wish I had known it was under renovation. I'm glad it is, as it is needed, but it was a bit difficult to walk thru the hall with half torn up protective paper on the floors. Other than that, it was surprisingly clean considering it is undergoing a renovation. Great value for the comfortable bed and clean room, and I felt safe in the neighborhood. The staff were all very helpful and kind. I wish they would have reminded me there was a breakfast! But I would absolutely stay here again. ”

“Everything was great except the jacuzzi had a layer of dirt on the bottom that kicked up if you turned it on and turned it all brown ”

“This property is in dire need of updates and repairs. The carpet is torn in many of the common hallways and at least three elevators are out of service. There is a tree near one of the entrances that drops a lot of leaves which got into the hallway. Every we were there so were the leaves. It is obvious that no one vacuumed. ”

“The JW was polished, beautiful, and a great staycation spot with tons of activities for kids! ”
