You leave a message and they are supposed to call you back, (they never did) I was concerned they forgot about our reservation. They bombard with emails before we arrived (when you book the property) and then the day of arrival no response. Until I was persistent for three hours, calling to……

“This property is in dire need of updates and repairs. The carpet is torn in many of the common hallways and at least three elevators are out of service. There is a tree near one of the entrances that drops a lot of leaves which got into the hallway. Every we were there so were the leaves. It is obvious that no one vacuumed. ”
