“Property was in good condition. Front desk person was friendly. When we asked which elevator was closest to our room she said we were near the middle of the hotel, so either elevator would work. However, this was not the case. We went to the elevator on one side of the hotel and our room was on the complete other side. I don’t know if she was new but maybe the manager should do a better job of orienting employees to the hotel layout. I also did not care for being handed a piece of paper about……

“Nothing close by. Sheets / bedspread were itchy.. I had to catch plane before front desk was open = Still waiting for $100. Deposit to be Refunded.”

“卫生一般，枕头和床还可以。位置也还算方便~晚上11点后前台就没人了。早晨8点后才再有人。WiFi信号不是很强。”

“We're staying in 2 bedrooms suite and it's great and spacious room. The front desk staff is polite and friendly even we're asian. The pool is great and clean too, if you can stand the sunshine of Phoenix.”
