Massimi City Garden was my favorite. In my opinion, it is a 5 star hotel. If I go back to Rome, I will definitely stay there again, and I will definitely recommend… I already have! “我对酒店极其不满并愤怒。酒店擅自将我预定的双人床改为单人床。当我与酒店交涉时，值班人员极其粗暴的与我争吵（这是我的经历里从未遇到过的），强词夺理的说单人床也可以说是双人床。旅馆和床对于缓解一天旅游的疲惫是十分重要的，但整整一夜对于都是大尺码夫妻的我们来说，简直就是磨难，我们几乎一夜没睡。第二天办理退房手续时，（因办理入住和退房手续不是一个人，办理退房的人并不知道头天发生了什么情况）在我们没作任何说明前，前台工作人员根据我们实际居住的房间结帐为单人房的价格。由此说明，我们办理入住手续时工作人员提供的房间不是我们事先预定的双人房。除此以外，网上提供的酒店离中心火车站的位置也有误差。我们从中心火车站坐5站地铁，换乘公交车20多站，关键是问许多路人没人知道这个站名。”

“住的庭院双人房四晚，装修卫生环境都是一流的，早餐一般，热饮不热，房间内保险箱坏的，洗澡下水慢。周边环境很安静，离市中心及景点有点距离，公共交通不是便捷。去旅游的慎选。前台英文不错，服务态度很棒。”

“Siamo stati accolti, come nelle precedenti volte, con molta cortesia, consentendoci il check-in anche a tarda notte a causa di nostri sopraggiunti motivi personali. La struttura è accogliente e curata in ogni dettaglio, sia negli spazi comuni che nelle camere, e la pulizia è alquanto accurata. La signora Sonia è stata gentilissima e disponibile, ospitandoci con cortesia e servendoci la colazione, sufficientemente ricca di prodotti, con garbo e gentilezza. Torneremo sicuramente!”

“Hotel was very clean and quiet, the area seemed pretty safe. They have a locking gate for the parking lot, which made it feel more secure at night. The staff was very kind and helpful and went out of their way to communicate with us as we only spoke English, which was very much appreciated. The room we had was also spacious and the bathroom and shower were clean and had plenty of room. The only downside was the kitchen. They were no plates or utensils provided, besides paper cups. “Great experience, staff was very helpful, room was very nice, breakfast was good, fresh and on time. Not close to the metro, bus is easiest way into the downtown area. Only con was that our shower drain was very slow, everything else about this place was great.”
