“Clean, nice staff, overall great experience ”

“This hotel is new and beautiful. Everything was so lovely, accommodating, and comfortable. The shower and bedding were very nice. The breakfast area was clean and kept well stocked by courteous attendants. Everything we needed was there including protein, hot eggs and sausage, oatmeal, yogurt, waffles, bagels, muffins and fruit. If I ever need to stay again in Tamarac this will be my place. I did take off one star for the property because one of the 2 elevators was not working the 3 days we were……

“I was bitten by bed bugs and had more than a dozen wounds. I have photos and videos. No apology at all. Their manager is really terrible. This is the first time I have encountered such a dirty hotel. On the third day, I found 8 bed bugs. I don't want to be bitten anymore. I will change to another hotel immediately.”

The room was super comfortable and the atmosphere peaceful, allowing us to rest as we had hoped. The beaches are super close to the hotel and are beautiful. It was definitely a special vacation. The hotel, the beaches, and the entire atmosphere exceeded our expectations.”

“Very nice hotel property. Rooms were clean and spacious. Very friendly and helpful staff. Bahama Mama waitress in the restaurant was very sweet and kind for breakfast. Nice gym. Close to Sawgrass and shopping. Easy parking. ”
