“They didnt want to honor our expedia price since they changed ownership. Made us wait till 3 for check in even though room then readyThen took 20 additional minutes to gain approval for rate and only granted when I said I wanted to cancel. No towels in our room. Clean but needs updated. ”

“Dated carpets in the general area need replacing! Room was nice but we were near mechanicals very noisy! The staff here makes up for all of it so kind & pleasant! Especially Ash & Shannon spoke to us every day always with a smile! ”
