“My wife and I and our adult son stayed 10 nights in July/August for a nearby family gathering. The lodge was beautiful, spacious (bigger than we needed!), clean, comfortable, quiet and very well equipped -- we were easily able to prepare lasagne for 14 in the kitchen. The location is quiet with convenient access to nearby activities and amenities, but it all requires some driving. Unfortunately a combination of heat and Canadian wildfire smoke kept us from enjoying the extensive outside spaces……

“The cabin was beautiful and well stocked with cooking supplies, games, towels etc. The beds were super comfortable. The hosts have done every possible to make this a lovely stay including NOT leaving a long list of things to do before you leave. As other reviews state, the walk down to the lake is a bit long and steep, but there are stairs. I got my exercise. We were a bit disappointed that the lake was so green with algae that swimming anywhere near the cabin was out of the question, the……
