“We had a wonderful time from the moment we checked in. Jan, the hostess who check us in, was so sweet and accommodating. I mentioned we came for my husbands birthday and she gifted us with two complimentary drink coupons. Jan also took the time to guide us to the new Hollydeck, and might I say it’s beautiful. We enjoyed the lovely pool and the Lazy River. As it was a Wednesday the buffet was not opened and my husband cannot eat steak so Bogartsswas out, but we had a light enjoyable meal at the……

“Loved the pool, jacuzzi and garden area. So pleasant. We were in room 321, but I noticed a mushroom growing in the carpet by the window. Staff may want to clean that area a little better. Front desk staff were great. Breakfast was good. Thank you for a great weekend!”

“The location is too close to road so that it's convenient but noisy. Laundry environment is not very clean. We gave up to use the washing machine since somebody left cloth in it for a long time. The bathtub got stuck but was fixed soon.”
