“Stayed for two nights and staff changed my room before arrival when they heard I’d had hip replacement.Parking was in a gated area and was very secure. Breakfast was excellent as was the service- everything was done with a smile. Great location for walking into City as it was very close to York Minster.”
“Our stay in the hotel was comfortable and the hotel is located just adjacent to the train station. The breakfast is great. Yet the room may need some renovation as it actually getting old.
During check-in, we were informed to pay for the hotel, which we already paid during the booking, but it was rectified once we spoke to the hotel staff during check-out. ”
