“We really enjoyed our stay in Oceano. The home was comfortable and so close to the beach. Yvonne was very communicative. This is a great spot to relax and enjoy time with family and friends. We look forward to heading back out to Oceano next year!”

“I give this a 5 star because the hosts were amazing and very available for anything we needed. The location is great with a fun park across the street and a short walk to the beach. The couches were not that comfortable. The beds were very soft and comfortable. I do feel there should be attention to detail on some areas that were not that clean. The housekeeper needs to put in bit more elbow grease on areas of the kitchen and floors and outdoor furniture. But in all, it was a very pleasant……

“You can see the sea and the beach from the balcony. It only takes 5-8 minutes to walk to the coastal corridor. Hurry up to the whole section. It has an open swimming pool and an open-air balcony. The parking is super convenient and the price is ideal.”

“This little spot is so peaceful and quiet. The bathroom was my favorite. We actually just used it so I could get ready for my wedding and then we passed out after all the events and left in the morning. It’s a perfect spot for a getaway and it’s just simple. Scott was great at communicating and making sure we had everything we needed. ”

“A convenient and affordable Pacific Highway stop, if slightly off the beaten track. The place is fine but we did feel it was perhaps a little over-marketed in the listing. The “futon” was more of a sofa (I did manage to sleep on it after requesting extra bedding), “free breakfast” was two pods for the coffee machine, pizza was not available after 6pm and if there was a beach we didn’t find it (at least 4 miles away). “Grover beach is a lot less crowded than Pismo beach - not just the beach, but also the town. Beach access at Grover Beach, Monarch butterfly Grove, Vons (safeway), big chevron gas station are all with 5mins of driving and even walkable. Pismo beach is 10mins away. Sunset views are spectacular from the windows of the great room facing west and the small balcony. Parking is in a designated open spot, but behind a gate, so feels more secure than street parking.
