“The proprietors are Patels - they know how to run a great hotel/motel. Everything was great. Definitely do not book via Expedia, though -- just go to American Inn's website to book. Cheaper that way. And, Expedia is a horrible company! They will book you with hotels that do not honor the reservation! Expedia really sucks. That was my mistake - using Expedia. American Inn is great, though.”

“You can see the sea and the beach from the balcony. It only takes 5-8 minutes to walk to the coastal corridor. Hurry up to the whole section. It has an open swimming pool and an open-air balcony. The parking is super convenient and the price is ideal.”

“This little spot is so peaceful and quiet. The bathroom was my favorite. We actually just used it so I could get ready for my wedding and then we passed out after all the events and left in the morning. It’s a perfect spot for a getaway and it’s just simple. “A convenient and affordable Pacific Highway stop, if slightly off the beaten track. The place is fine but we did feel it was perhaps a little over-marketed in the listing. The “futon” was more of a sofa (I did manage to sleep on it after requesting extra bedding), “free breakfast” was two pods for the coffee machine, pizza was not available after 6pm and if there was a beach we didn’t find it (at least 4 miles away).
