“The hotel itself and the rooms are extremely beautiful and clean. However, outside is full of homeless people. Some are mentally ill and others are drug addicts and highly aggressive.”

“Very clean. Every staff member I came across was friendly. Rooms were clean. Having a balcony to over look the city was awesome. Just wish the bed was a bit more firm. I like a stiff mattress.”
