“酒店是一個莊園，附近都是農場。沒有車就很不方便。但環境優美，遠離塵囂。有很多空間可以走動”

“服務態度欠佳，對客人要求愛理不理。 早餐多士嚴重燒焦。 房間除床品交清潔之外，地氈骯髒，厠紙放在地上的廁所刷旁，沒有任何包裝 ，非常 嘔心 反感。房間門的鎖一推便輕易打開 ，根本沒有保安功能。我們的房間也是逃生出口，除了逃生出口的窗之外（逃生出口是連接地面的出口 任何人都可出入），根本冇窗， 因此整晚要開着這個唯一的窗睡覺 ，以致不能安睡。加上整晚亮著出口的綠燈，非常欠佳。”

“The staffs are extremely nice and friendly. Thank you Josh for help us out. The room is clean and we particularly appreciate wooden floor. The food are amazing. We had breakfast and dinner there during our stay. This hotel really left us a very warming feeling and happy memory from Wales. We will absolutely stay here again on our next visit. ”

“WHAT A FIND!!!! A real gem After being let down with our original booking, we found the Black Lion Hotel. It's set in a small, quiet village near the river. We had a superb evening meal, the pub was busy in both the bar and restaurant area all evening, which is always a good sign.... the food was superb, service was excellent The room we stayed in was quiet, clean, the bathroom was a good size, the bed was comfy. The breakfast in the morning was superb quality made from local produce. ……

“An enjoyable stay, use of the spa being free as a guest, 2 hour booking having the spa to ourselves was extra special, weather this be the same if hotel was busy, spa pool was quite small would have been quite full. Staff friendly and courteous. Highly recommend the Coctails, a little pricy, reduce to £9 as £13 bit steep, we would have had more.! We ate in the restaurant great choices nicly presented. £9 for a dessert again a little pricy. ”

“The staff were very polite and was very helpful nothing was too much trouble. Room was cleaned daily. Food was very good and varied.The only criticism was that the main lift was out of order whilst we were there so had to use the smaller lift which often made it a longer wait to get to our room. “This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in in a long time. It was spotless really comfortable we had a massive bed and the view from our window was fantastic. The room is equipped with a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, a fan and binoculars. The bathroom had shower gel,shampoo,conditioner ,soap,hand and body lotion and flannels. They have continental breakfast or freshesly cooked breakfast. The staff Hayley, Callum.and Chris were very friendly and helpful thank you. We can't wait yo ho……
