The staff made the hotel stay a lot better, the rooms have been re-done and is comparable to a good Hilton Room. I'm terrible with names, but everyone at reception (3-4 guys and 2 girls) + bell boys and the gentleman by the lift were very accommodating and helpful. Love their hospitality and service.”

“Staff approached us immediately when seeing us entering the hotel. We arrived 4 hours before check in time and room was offered approx 30 mins after check in. We have joined a day tour which require a print out of attraction tickets and staff has assisted us on that. Extended check out was allowed upon request with no problem. Very pleasant experience.”
