“Our go to when in the Naples area. Beautiful rooms, great pool, wonderful staff, and awesome outdoor bar. Only issue this time was asked for an early check in by 2 hours- I understand they’re not guaranteed- however when guests are waiting don’t think it’s too inconvenient to tell the housekeeping staff especially when working on that floor at the time to start with the room we wanted then continue on cleaning the rest of the floor. Not a huge ask here. This as opposed to working one end to the……

“With the exception of one member of the night crew, who was neither friendly nor respectful, the rest of the staff, housekeeping, and everyone in general treated us with kindness and respect and resolved any problems that may arise, always keeping customer satisfaction in mind. The cleanliness and atmosphere were excellent.thank you Robert and Grace for take care of us like a family.”

“Everything was great about this hotel! - the rooms are spacious with nice bathrooms and balconies, beautiful pool with great food and drinks, and the best location if you’re looking to walk to shops and dining! There is a car service offered to the beach and other destinations within a mile of the hotel. We’re already planning our next stay for December!”
