“酒店新，鄰近metro Noord站，兩站就到Amsterdam Centraal。如用day pass，日中可回酒店休息一回。比住市區酒店還好。”

“The price was nice compare to other hotels and the place was new and in good shape, but need to aware that the space was tight and the bed was a little bit tall that it would be a little challenging for elderly and kids, the washroom is quite see through. But over all the staffs were nice and the room was clean，the neighbours was quite and not far away from supermarket. It is a nice place to stay.”

“Very convenient ”

“1. 欣賞酒店的執房員、整潔及有禮貌，並為顧客設想，我中間有一天沒有安排房間執拾，他們出了張memo 表示48小時後會入房檢查；翌日安排了清潔房間，fill up 了這兩天沒有補充的物品。 2. 欣賞酒店服務質素，我漏了件褲子在酒店，立即有電郵提醒我。 3. 酒店的服務有程序可循，而且盡量做到照顧顧客需要。 美中不足 1. 缺乏人情味道，我們帶了$200歐來，只是說不收，沒有詳細教導我們如何兌換。我們在附近超市及鐵路遇到同一問題時，對方的服務員好熱心解答。酒店前台略欠人性化。 2. 周圍的環境及房間仍有大麻味道，特別是窗簾。 4. 安排房間時安排了最低一層，太嘈吵，而且安排了在走廊必經的第一間房，出入皆見到，保安存疑，但貼心之處是在1樓房間前有道門需門卡才可以進入，而解決了同層所有人都可出入的保安漏洞。房間安排應該是一直以來最差的安排。”

“The hotel is new and clean. I love the modern design with features of Netherlands. The staff are also helpful and passionate. The hotel is close to the airport (10-30 mins by train). However, I find it a bit challenging to get from the hotel to the city center amid the cold rainy weather, especially with my kid. From the Sloterjsk station, it will take 30-45 mins to get to tourist spots like Van Gogh Museum / National Museum. As a result, you cannot go back to the hotel and take a short break……

“Location is not too bad, it takes around 15 minutes walk to the free ferry. Hotel looks new, however, house keeping is only so so, found carpet inside room is not thoroughly vacuum cleaned. Some reception staffs are helpful, but some staffs are not that efficient, need to wait some times for checking in even though there are not many customers in the line.”

“我才住2樓，但是網路真的很不優，網頁一直轉圈圈……是目前住過網路最弱的。建議網路卡一定要多買一點流量。飯店位置很棒，懶的走路可以搭Tram2,12,17 就到飯店前。附近餐廳走路一分鐘有荷蘭菜，日式拉麵，義大利千層麵，都很美味。房間除了小了點，是乾淨的。服務人員態度也都很友善。如果還有機會來阿姆斯特丹，一定會回來住。”

“Nice hotel in very convenient area between Amsterdam central station and the hotel. Room is comfortable and clean. Staffs at the reception and restaurant are very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast with lots of selection.”

“類似家庭式的經營，每次入酒店都需要職員開門，沒有大堂，大堂就是地下的酒吧，很多時都會見到與職員相熟的客人在此聊天消磨時間。 酒店由住宅改建，樓層布局有點叫曲折。房間看似與一般酒店無異，但基本如插頭都缺乏。浴室提供的沐浴露是可以洗頭和洗身兩用，明顯是很廉價的。床褥亦有傾側的問題，瞓起來不舒服。”
