“I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.”

“This is our second time to stay in this hotel for vacation. Highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good place to stay in Orillia. You can feel like a home once you step in this hotel. Good services with a reasonable price. Thanks again for the great efforts of the staffs in Stone Gate Inn. Thanks for giving us a wonderful March Break.”
