“Centrally located for visiting the cape and very well maintained. This is a beautiful property and the owners have really gone above and beyond to make it an idyllic getaway. Owners were prompt in responding to questions and resolving issues. Note that there is just 1 full bath and 1 half bath, so would work best for a small family and may not be suitable for a larger group. ”

“The condo was clean and well equipted. There queen bed, 2 twins in loft and a futon and a sleeper chair.. Though small you could do lpts of butts in beds.We only had 2 of us but I though a family could fot. Steps from its beatiful quiet private beach. We enjoyed bird watching and saw a herd of seal return each day. The stars were bright at night as was the cool lighthouse light. Being next to a wildlife refuge was cool. At night we heard owls, coyote, foxes and the bark of seals. The convenient……

“This house is so charming, and close to many fun things in Chatham! We were there over the 4th of July and got to see the parade go right by! We walked to get coffee and pastries daily, and the walk into town to go shopping was only minutes away!It didn’t bother us at all, but it is right next to a cemetery. ”

“This was my 1st visit to Cape Cod and loved the quaint town of Chatham. Loved the house and it's quaint furnishings and the beautiful and colorful hydrangeas in the front yard. Also loved the neighborhood and enjoyed taking my morning and evening walks. I would have preferred if the home was walking distance to Main St. in town, but I had a car and it was only a short drive. I will definitely recommend Lucky Number Seven to all my friends who ever plan a trip to Cape Cod and the town of Chatham”
