“I really enjoyed the Keona spa and the room was great. It would have been better if there were massages, facials or body treatments available. The hotel and spa are a nice get away from every day affairs. I am looking forward to my next visit. A weekend package would be a nice touch. ”

“The hotel is very old and has a weird smell everywhere. The staff is not professional. The guy at the front desk wears a casual sweater and is not so friendly. Breakfast is expensive and terrible. They give you glasses slightly bigger than shot glasses for milk or juice. It takes forever to get a coffee and no refill. Food is tasteless. After I complained about the coffee when asking for the check, the waitress gave me a simple “Oh” with a confused facial expression. Unbelievable. ”
