“This is a great Hotel. Our room had a view of the ocean. It was very spacious and clean. Our room had a microwave and cutlery. This hotel is excellent place to stay with family. Also there is a staircase to the beach.”

“Staff were all very helpful and polite, good choice of places to eat and drink within the premises also nearby restaurants just outside, well stocked market within the grounds, lovely place and look forward to visiting again.”

“Loction: nothing really around the hotel, so you really need a car if you stay in this hotel. Hotel facilities: The hotel has really nice pools, my kids love the kids pools very much but the water was way too cold ( We were there at end of June). Service: We need to pay 1 euro for each beach towel we borrow from the hotel, also need to pay 10 euros for the security safe in our room. For how nice the Portuguese are, the hotel receptions are really not that nice and friendly. There was only one……

“O hotel é muito bonito, bem decorado e localizado no centro histórico que tbm é aonde a noite acontece, pra quem quer agitação é o lugar. Mas ao mesmo tempo tem tranquilidade pois os vidros são bem grossos. A piscina é incrível, e o café da manhã extremamente caprichado. Ficamos muito pouco, praticamente de passagem mas foi bem agradável!”

“We were early for check in and went exploring. When we came back we found that the staff member we were dealing with had asked his manager if they could upgrade us from a studio room to a one bedroom suite. We were so excited top floor which was only 5 floors overlooking the pool and ocean. Side by side for easy communication. They assisted us with several inquiries on where to go and what to see. They booked our excursions with ease and called for pickup if required. They answered my many……

“Had a really good time there with my family. I actually booked another hotel in Sagres, but with much smaller space and poorer infrastructure. So I cancelled that one, and drove back again to Balaia hotel. Again the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was also an indoor swimming pool nearby. Hotel staff was nice and helpful. Not to mention that the price is so attractive. Definitely worth it.”
