The room clean; amazing views; and However, my experience at the Farena restaurant connected to the hotel left a lot to be desired. Our server developed an attitude after we asked for clean silverware that did not have food on them and clean napkins. The pasta was undercooked and crunchy. The staff dropped a cleaning cloth on the floor, then picked it up and continued to clean off the table with other staff standing there. ”
