“I didnt know how truly cool a hotel i had booked until i got there. The parking was stupidly easy, the staff greeted me with a smile, the food at dinner was amazing. Along with breakfast the next day. The whole place is perfect for cute photos and the garden was ideal. i love how close it was to the city, but not part of it. I will be coming back to stay there. It was so well planned out with the staff so helpful and on time for everything. Love, love loved it”

“Breakfast was excellent. Location great for Swansea Bay Area and Wales national pool, reason for stay. Could do with some blackout blinds. Overall a lovely place to stay at.”

“Impromptu stay at the property, in a 2 bed apartment which was nicely kitted out and nice decor. Breakfast was very nice and not too heavy, had a choice of continental and cooked breakfast. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. There is a nice terrace area for drinks and lunch/dinner. Would recommend staying here. ”

“One of our favourite places we have stayed. Hotel was beautiful, location was fantastic and the views from the room were amazing! The bed is one of the most comfortable beds we’ve slept in. The staff were very attentive. We had breakfast on the outside terrace and that was delicious. We use to live in swansea so we knew parking on the road up by verdis is free so we parked there and walked down (parking by the hotel is pricey). Had the best stay! Highly recommend ”

“Great location and friendly staff. I was disappointed with the push to order on line for a discount. As an International traveller I could NOT complete the order form due to the ‘verification code’ going back to my home country :(. Thus I was penalized from getting the discount. Not so traveller friendly! ”
