“We checked in the room and were stains on the carpet and no ventilation, front deck didn't change our room until the engineers couldn't fix the thermostat. After that everything was going well. Hotel like this must have everything to perfection. Overall our 3 night stay was good. ”

“This is a beautiful location but the hotel itself is a little dated. They could use a remodel/updates to be the same standard as most Fairmont hotels.”
