“This property offers a home away from home experience. A soak in the extrodinary two person copper bathtub after lots of hiking was relacing and rejuvinating. The four poster bed gave a romantic feel woth a comfortable mattress and pillows. Highly recommended for your travels.”

My boyfriend and I were celebrating our birthdays and this hotel ended up being the right choice for us :). Staff: generally very nice and friendly, we had a good chat with the staff who arrange our check-in, and explain to us everything we need to know. The staff in the restaurant were very nice too, fully aware what we need before we voice out. But the staff who help with the luggage socked me a bit because I forgot to give the tips, but face changed in seconds when I gave out the note….tips culture is so hard for me
Location: excellent if you are visiting universal studios you have the free shuttle at the hotel
Food: we paid the breakfast and it was great, don’t forget the waffles! "
