“Overall, we were quite pleased with the quality and service during our stay. The pool area was a nice place for the family to relax after exploring Seattle. During our visit we ordered room service once for breakfast and once for dinner. The breakfast was outstanding; however we were very disappointed with the dinner as they sent grilled cheese instead of the grilled chicken we ordered for our daughter, the french onion soup was extremely salty while the clam chowder had little flavor.
