“It’s convenient to sea”

“We tried an early check in to take luggage from the car before going for a hike and were told we’d be best to leave our bags in the car as our room wasn’t ready (about 1.5 hours early) - which didn’t seem ideal. However, once returning to the hotel from the hike, official check in was great, room was superb, explanation by the staff on all room and resort facilities was excellent. Resort staff seemed intent on making sure all guests were catered for and relaxed. Would definitely return to this……

“It’s a beautiful property, really loved the aesthetic of the whole hotel. But the blinds were not opening all the way to see the view properly. They were getting stuck in the middle, and we let the staff know about it had the maintenance person came the day we were checking out. Also it’s confusing cause if you park in the parking garage underneath the hotel, the elevators were not working to go down to the parking garage last Saturday night. The elevators that are right outside the hotel. At……
