“Lovely little Inn. Centrally located and convenient to walk everywhere in Paia. Our room was small but comfortable. We were on the street side, so unfortunately heard traffic all night and had two nights of little sleep. I would definitely recommend and stay there again, but in a quiter room. ”

“We wanted a quiet and small property and this was it! Beautifully appointed apartment, easy walk to the beach. Truly was a wonderful stay! Loved the convenience store a block away, had wonderful deli with all the essentials. ”

The owner of the property was so helpful and nice. She and her husband are locals and are right on the property so that was also very helpful. A beautiful little getaway that was perfect.”

“We had a great time at the cottage. It is super cute and an easy walk to town. The kitchen has all of the basics. All of the bathroom essentials are covered. We really appreciated the washer and dryer. We also loved that the host left extra sunscreen and toiletries left behind by previous guests under the sink in the bathroom for use instead of tossing. The host was super responsive to questions. We’d come back again! ”

Dave's communication is great, he takes pride in his home and shares tips about what to see, do & eat. Studio was perfect for us, with so many additional amenities in the common areas.
