“Our Apartment was a 3 bedroom with luxury beyond our expectations. We truly felt like we were royalty. It is gorgeous, well appointed, luxurious and elegant. The staff was kind, helpful and all one would desire in a luxury accommodation. ”

“Hotel restaurant is fairly good, bar is great, especially the waiters and bartenders are in good energangy. Location is in the city center closed to ferry station. If you are in for shopping, this is also a good place to stay with all the luxury brands around. The only problem I have is the drainage system in the shower/bath tub. The water goes down very slowly, everytime I took shower, it will take 15 minutes till the wastewater to go down completely. I notified the front desk to send someone……

“Hotel is at a very good location, making all places of interest and shopping areas easily reachable The food provided at the breakfast is good with lots of varieties. However, the staff members in general are not entirely friendly, particularly those serving at concierge. Having said that, a lady staff receiving guests at the breakfast area is very helpful and always greets us with smile”
