“There was no heat in our room! We were not told before we checked in that there was no heat. It was 50 degrees during the day and 40 degrees at night. When we called the receptionist, Rita, she said that the heaters weren't working in any of the rooms, and that they had called a technician but he still had not come. “The hotel was clean and the staff did their best given what was available. Breakfast buffet was ok not with many options though. Getting around from the hotel was mainly by uber / / taxi which was very expensive. The nearest train station is about 30mins walk but unsafe to do this as you literally have to walk on the motorway with no pedestrian path, so still have to get a costly uber / taxi to get there. Locating the hotel entrance is also a little tricky cos theres one access ftom the……
