“We stayed for two nights in rooms overlooking the grand canal. The hotel and rooms were really nice - modern and cleverly decorated. Checkin and out were great; friendly people, fast and easy. David from the lounge bar was exceptional with excellent energy. One of the servers at breakfast was not particularly pleasant which kind of took away the morning excitement at the start of the day and we had her both mornings. Other than that, the location was great and it was a great trip to Venice.”

“This is a fabulous hotel. It’s an old building but they’ve done an outstanding renovation job to bring in modern amenities. The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. It’s also right by the Rialto water bus stop, which is super convenient for the airport. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is an absolute delight in a lovely little room with a great view. I just wish it were offered before 8:00 since we’re early risers.”

“The Venice was a superb hotel and it improved our experience in Venice greatly. The hotel staff provided great service by helping us arrange water taxis, day trips to Murano and Burano and Gondola trips, all at our convenience and reasonable prices. It is one of the most exquisite hotels within Venice with really good vibes. Some recommendations for improvements including providing more racks or hooks within the room for hanging towels, guide to using the switches as these were some minor issues……
