“We loved our stay at this hotel. The hotel was in a great spot just by a bus stop and it made it very easy to get to the main places in Rome. The hotel was very clean and the staff were lovely. Only downside is you can hear the vacuum cleaners going in the morning and the walls aren’t really sound proof. ”

“The hotel is really nice and cosy, it’s clean and it’s located at a quiet nice area in Rom. Unfortunately when I left I was charged twice the city taxes one time at check in and the other on check out. Is this normal ? Also when I was leaving the hotel the elevator was out of service and I had a heavy luggage the man on the front seat never offered me any assistance… appart of that I still recommend the place just be careful about these details . ”

“It was my first time travel to Italy and I was pleased to stay there to start my trip. The location is great, very easily accessible, chilled neighborhood around, they have a gorgeous rooftop as well, but it seems it has not been fully utilized. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I had encountered the terrible rainstorm in Rome, thanks to it's powerful hair dryer and the 24 hr ironing room, I could wear my only coat again that evening :-) I didn't go to their spa and breakfast so cannot comment on……

“The hotel is at a walkable distance from Roma Termini. Modern and clean room. Staff was friendly. We were told that heating was available but no ac at cold season. Luckily we can open the windows with a nice view. ”

“This is a family run hotel. The communication from the time of booking onward was fantastic. The room was very clean, quiet and very safe. The location was perfect! It is a 10-20 min walk to all of the major sites. Both restaurants and stores were just steps away. I would highly recommend staying at the Golden Hotel. ”
