“Front desk staff was not friendly, I called to find out when the pool slide was going to reopened, since we got to the hotel on Sunday it was closed, and the lady that answered my call gave us the impression that we were bothering her with our question. "I had no Idea the slide was not working," in an annoyed way, "I will find out" and the next thing I know she hang up the phone on me. No costumer service at all. ”

“I loved my stay at this hotel. When I arrived I was greeted by a male & female employee. They were both very friendly and professional, while checking in I was informed that I was being upgraded to a 1 bedroom from a club queen room for free and received a $15 credit to spend at their market. “It was wonderful!!! We spent July 4th weekend there and had a room where we could see the fireworks at the stadium. We used the pool and the gym and hiked the neighborhood. Nice restaurants nearby. The renovations and remodeling did not bother us at all. We enjoyed the food at the hotel restaurant too. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional.”
