“great stay, nice neighborhood, no complaints ”

“This was a spacious and comfortable home, in a convenient location. We usually stay on the islands, but due to hurricanes, there weren’t many rentals. We decided to give Palma Sola a try. We were not disappointed. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool area was very attractive. We will seriously consider this option for next time we stay In a he area.”

“This is a simple process. We all enjoyed our stay. The house and property is beautiful. I did accidentally break a small piece ( i am 6 '7") the first time it just knocked it off. It no longer stuck. I reported the issue. Was informed of a replacement that was a success. A whole day later i did it again. Only the sticky part stayed. So since i failed successfully, i bought some glue and left it with the home with a note upon are departure. I tried not to let that bother me. But still felt……

“Our stay in Sarasota was awesome! This house and its amenities made our stay a true vacation!It rained two days of our trip and the pool saved the day. Our kids loved being to come home and relax in the pool after a day at the beach. The owner is very responsive and easy to deal with. If you are planning a trip to Sarasota/Siesta Key Beach, you should definitely stay at this property! ”

“We just stayed here for 4 nights and it was wonderful, cleanliness was exceptional, everything you need is supplied, the hot tub and back yard was an A plus, the washer and dryer came in very handy. So many restaurants in the area to choose from and the most beautiful beach Siesta Key was no more than ten minutes and free parking. The whole experience here was exceptional. ”

“The room itself was very clean and easy to access. Everything was within walking distance. (2 bars/restaurants, the pool, hottub, and the beach) The beach is nice but small, however, we liked that it was private and no one else was there but us. The only down side in our opinion is that the pool and hottub are closed after dawn. There is security onsite who enforce this. We were hoping to relax in it at night but it wasn’t a huge inconvenience. The water way behind the location we saw sea life……
