“The property is in excellent shape and in a wonderful location on the Manatee River, just a few steps from the Dock, Tiki, and the water. It was so pleasant to see that Snead Island is still a peaceful place without the hustle and bustle of nearby Bradenton. I would recommend it to anyone ! This was my second year in a row visiting and the hosts (Bev and Len) were absolutely the greatest and so, very friendly. I look forward to yet another stay in the months to come !”

“We enjoyed our stay- the host was very helpful and pleasant, the cottage was cozy and the location is extremely relaxing. The ‘extras’ in the cottage were a wonderful surprise- coffee, coffee filters, spices, soap, and more. We’ve stayed at more than a few rentals and have never not had to buy toilet paper! For groceries shop at Detwiler’s Farm Market! We were bummed we found it at the end of the trip. Thank you Gloria for a wonderful vacation! ”

“The house was spacious and comfortable. The pool is very private and surrounded by foliage. It was a refreshing getaway for my wife and I. You could tell the property was cared for.There were a few minor issues:1. Refrigerator water dispenser barely worked. 2. The front door lock key pad was difficult to see. 3.The upstairs bathroom door sticks closed. 4. The microwave turntable did not work. I suspect the owner will address the minor issues.
