“Everything about the stay regards service by lovely friendly attentive staff, amazing food in the Orchid Restaurant on our evening meal, and great breakfasts with great porridge oats, pancakes, and the best poached eggs ever! Our only negative part of the review is down to the relatively plain room we were given which didn’t really reflect the images online for the room type we booked. However, we would stay again for the amazing service from all of the staff.”

“lovely place with very comfortable and tastefully decorated rooms. Nice touches such as fresh milk in the room every day. Restaurant served very nice food - not cheap, but very nice. We all like romantic dinners with soft lighting, but one of the nights the lights were so dim, we could not identify some the food on the plate without tasting it. After that we picked our own table with better lighting :)”
