“This hotel deserves zero stars if that were an option. It was a terrible experience, and here’s why: 1. Outdated Facilities: The roof appears to have been neglected for years, and the overall condition of the facilities is poor. 2. “This beautiful and tranquil Hotel has a Restaurant onsite serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner and the food is delicious. They have a stage and host live music ALOT, Amazing! The room was quiet and clean, King size beds are very nice and comfortable. Best part.... It was only 3-4 minutes walk to a beautiful beach that had kayak rentals, a food truck, and lots of locals, not an overcrowded tourist spot. I would definitely stay here again!”

“I stayed at Conchal on my first & last day in Costa Rica. The staff at Conchal are exceptional! They go above & beyond to ensure you're comfortable & well taken care of. They were also very flexible with check in times. The shuttle service to and from the airport was seamless & communication from the hotel was great.
