“This is my second time staying here in less than a 12 month period. I was dissapointed a bit as compared to my previous stay. First, I was given a handicapped room without being told. I just dropped my bags and ran to a meeting so when I came back late I noticed it then. I don't prefer to stay in these rooms for several reasons and I think a guest should be advised. Second, there was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. I was expecting these as I had them last time and it was very……

“Pas eu besoin de payer en avance pour réserver, après la visite d’Amsterdam, on a pu passer la nuit dans cet hotel que j’ai trouvé super sympa! Les notes en parlent! ”

“The property overall all was fantastic but sadly on our last night I had my baby in the shower and the water temperature went from Luke warm to scolding hot and scolded my 11 month old baby. Luckily he didn’t have physical burns but he cried in pain as soon as the water touched his skin. I can only imagine there was some sort of fault with the thermostat in the shower. I reported this to reception but didn’t hear any more after the event. ”

“The hotel room is clean n tidy however a bit tired. I really enjoy the coffee machine inside the room. However, there is a construction site just cross the road which starts operating at 8am, that wakes us all up !”
