“Communication was excellent Loved the space - 4 spacious styled bedrooms 2 bedrooms on opposite sides of house makes for privacy View of mountain Lovely to wake up slide open the 4 doors and walk out to enjoy. Nice community to walk around. Felt safe Refreshments stocked in fridge. Coffee Nice touch AQ Excellent for families, 4 couples etc We had an intimate elopement ceremony in the garden -the ease of it and setting was 100%. Kitchen seemed smaller than the grandness of the rest of……

“Casa Del Sol was an awesome home with great amenities. We really enjoyed our stay and the location was great. The home appeared to be new construction and everything worked as new. We enjoyed grilling and using the hot tub. Having four bedrooms with king beds was perfect. We plan to stay here again next year. Clearly a five star home and location. ”

“This is an amazing property especially the outdoor space. It gives you a great opportunity to spread out and enjoy the pool area, outdoor grill, various tables to gather/eat, and even to play a little basketball. The kitchen is perfect for big and small meals with top of the line appliances.We were a little disappointed that part of the house was without hot water for showers one morning but they did send out a plumber and by late that evening hot water was restored.”

“Jay and Irene have a beautiful spacious , very accommodating home. Absolute perfect spot in Paradise Valley! The home is large and accommodated our whole family very well. A Well equipped, very large kitchen was nice. Bedrooms were well appointed. Was nice to have an office too. Jay was very responsive to any of our needs. Check in and check out was a breeze! “The property grounds (outside) were really great - great pool and a lot of fun things for kids. The layout of the property was nice in that there were many rooms and beds that were private so different familes could have some space. However, the layout of the kitchen was poor and had substantial wear and tear (one of the kitchen drawers fell off for example). Additionally the property manager was not responsive at all. As in literally didn't respond to my messages so I have no idea what they are……
